Lawn Care Services
We take lawn care to another level with our seasonal lawn care program, designed to enhance and allow your lawn to flourish. During the fall we do complete lawn renovations as well as aerating and overseeding. We treat your lawn as if it were our own.
LAWN CARE PROGRAM

The lawn care program is designed to care for your lawn year round, providing weed control, preemergent weed control, fungus control, grub control and fertilization.
LAWN RENOVATIONS

Lawn Renovations can involve anything from a first time bare ground installation to a complete overhaul of the existing yard, resulting in a dream yard indistinguishable from sod within months at half the cost of sod. It's a multistep process in changing the soil composition, applying blue tag certified seed, and mushroom composting the entire yard for nutrients and water retention.
AERATION/OVERSEEDING

Aeration every fall is beneficial in making your lawn healthier and thicker each year. It can help with compaction, allowing the turnover of nutrients and soil composition. It also allows more air, water, and nutrients to get directly to the lawn's root system. It also allows the newly applied seed to have direct contact with the soil, allowing quicker germination and developing a thicker root system.
MUSHROOM COMPOSTING

Mushroom Compost has different ingredients, dependent on supplier, but the main things included are wheat straw, used horse bedding, peat moss, chicken manure, Gypsum, and Lime. It acts to enrich the soil with nutrients, keep newly installed seed in place vs straw, and retains water on the lawn longer. Germination rate is near 90-95% when using mushroom compost .
DRAINAGE

We come across many common drainage problems, whether it be standing water, flowing water, or erosion. We provide problem solving drainage issues, typically in yards with slopes and compact soil.
SOIL DIAGNOSTICS

Before each lawn Program begins a soil sample is taking annually to analyze the pH, Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus, available nutrients and cation exchange capacities of your lawn to make sure each lawn is taken care of correctly.
